Holika Dahan or Chhoti Holi, is celebrated on the full moon night of the Phalgun month which symbolizes the burning of the evil forces and the purifying of the over-lay of negative karmas through the fire rituals which have been practiced for centuries to purify the mind and attract the divine blessings into the humans' lives.
